Back in this post, I discussed dating a man that I liked, but who seemed unavailable to me. I was right:) He ended up sending me the ‘Dear John’ text about being busy with work and as a result not being available to give me more than friendship. I’m so good! I could have been the one to pull the plug a few weeks ago, but I was curious how long he was going to breadcrumb and drag it out. Besides, he kept asking me out. I was not invested and started dating other men around the time he started to get inconsistent. I think for ego purposes, part of me wishes I would have said something first, but I’m in a new country and the delusional part of me was also holding out a bit of hope.

Every dating experience that doesn’t turn into something is an opportunity for growth and change. My biggest takeaway is to double down on the way that I guard my time. Enter the concept of dating like a CEO.

When you’re running a business, you don’t waste time on deals that don’t serve you. So why do so many women waste time on men who aren’t serious? If a man is inconsistent, indecisive, or dragging his feet, it’s time to start dating like a CEO and keep it moving Here’s how to identify and eliminate time-wasters quickly — so you can make room for the right man.
